1. What is God Like?

Psalm 63:1-8 (9-11)

v. 2: God is powerful, glorious, holy, and loving.

v. 11: God is trustworthy and shows up for those who trust in Him; He silences teh mouhts of liars.

Psalm 98

v. 1-3: God has revealed His salvation to all; He keeps His word.

v. 9: God is King and Judge who governs with justice and fairness.

Psalm 103

v. 3-4: God is forgiving, healing, rescuing, loving, and compassionate. He satisfies our desires with good things.

v. 6: God turns bad situations into ones that benefit the oppressed.

v. 8: God is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love.

v. 9-10: He doesn't hold grudges and He is merciful; He does not repay us as our sin deserves.

v. 11: He has great love for those who fear Him.

v. 14: He is reasonable; He remembers that we are dust.

v. 17: He is faithful and loyal to generations of those who are faithful to Him.

v. 19: He is the ruler over all rulers.
